Montclair Assisted Living is owned by Clairmont Place Condominium Association, a not-for-profit community for independent living. Montclair residents enjoy the walking paths and gardens, as well as the indoor amenities of the campus. Our lake, mature trees, and beautiful landscaping provide a tranquil environment for strolling with friends, caregivers, and guests. Families enjoy visiting together on our peaceful patio.
